The testimony is the record.
Over two decades, more than 36 women gave statements, depositions, and sworn testimony about Jeffrey Epstein and his network. Their accounts are documented in federal court filings across multiple jurisdictions. In March 2026, Bill and Hillary Clinton gave closed-door depositions to the House Oversight Committee on their connections to Epstein. Their testimony is now part of the record.
Acosta, in transition briefings with the Trump administration, stated under questioning that he was told Epstein "belonged to intelligence" and to leave the case alone. That statement — never investigated — is in the congressional record.
Virginia Giuffre gave her first sworn statement in 2015. She was called a liar. Prince Andrew settled for $12 million in 2022. The photograph of Andrew and Giuffre, with Maxwell in the background, remains in evidence.
Sworn testimony doesn't expire. The record is permanent.
Sourced from deposition transcripts in Giuffre v. Maxwell, SDNY indictment 19-CR-00490, congressional hearing records, and March 2026 House Oversight depositions. All public record.
