Every Eps Tees shirt is printed on demand, specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

When We Make It Right

We will replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• The print quality is clearly flawed
• You received the wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at epsteesshop@gmail.com. We'll make it right — no hassle.

How Returns Work

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Once we approve a return or replacement, you will receive instructions. All approved returns are processed through our fulfillment partner:

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, your item is already being made and cannot be cancelled.

Wrong Size?

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes — our shirts run true to size (Gildan 5000 heavyweight cotton).
