The Epstein List: Every Major Name in the Public Record
Share
Since Jeffrey Epstein's 2019 arrest and death, people have searched endlessly for "the Epstein list" — a definitive record of everyone connected to him. In November 2025, the House Oversight Committee released the closest thing to that list that exists: 2,897 documents naming 2,216+ individuals.
This is what the public record actually contains.
The Most Mentioned Names
The following individuals appear most frequently across all 2,897 documents. Frequency of mention reflects a combination of news coverage, legal filings, emails, and books — not necessarily direct involvement in crimes.
| Name | Mentions | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Jeffrey Epstein | 11,958+ | Subject of investigation |
| Donald Trump | 4,437 | Social associate, news coverage |
| Alan Dershowitz | 1,623 | Defense attorney, allegations |
| Bill Clinton | 1,039 | Social associate, flight logs |
| Virginia Roberts / Giuffre | 348+ | Survivor, primary civil plaintiff |
| Ghislaine Maxwell | 704 | Convicted co-conspirator |
| Prince Andrew | 455 | Social associate, allegations |
| Jean-Luc Brunel | 258 | French modeling agent, charged (deceased) |
| Les Wexner | 162 | Original patron, L Brands founder |
| Hillary Clinton | 174 | Indirect references, news coverage |
What "Mentioned" Actually Means
The document archive spans 2,202 emails, 224 legal filings, 184 news articles, 83 books, and 204 other documents. A name appearing in this archive can mean:
- Direct legal accusations — named in depositions or civil complaints
- Documented social or financial ties — flight logs, correspondence, witness accounts
- News coverage — journalists investigating Epstein mentioned names in their reporting, which was included in the document dump
- Books and investigations — published works analyzing Epstein's network included in the release
Frequency of mention does not equal guilt. Trump appears 4,437 times largely because he was president during the height of the Epstein news cycle, and thousands of news documents include his name alongside Epstein's. Maxwell appears 704 times because she was convicted. The contexts are very different.
The Names the Media Doesn't Cover
Beyond the famous names, the archive includes 2,000+ other individuals — recruiters, employees, attorneys, investigators, witnesses, and unnamed Jane Does. The legal documents alone reference over 80 John and Jane Does — victims who pursued civil claims while maintaining anonymity.
The complete People Index from the document release lists over 1,047 named individuals. The full dataset is available for download from the House Oversight Committee website.
The Accountability Question
Every person on this list exists in the public record because of the survivors who refused to stay silent and the journalists who refused to drop the story. Virginia Giuffre's decades-long legal fight. The Miami Herald's 2018 investigation. The survivors who came forward despite the NDA provisions Epstein's team weaponized against them.
The documents are public. The names are in them. That's what Eps Tees is built on — the permanent, searchable, downloadable public record.
